In 1972 Richard & Sally Syberg opened Syberg’s Catering. Within a few years their flagship restaurant on Gravois, had made their Famous Wings and hand-cut Shark Chunks a trademark in St. Louis. These area favorites attracted visitors from all over the region.The tradition expanded as the kid’s began to carve their own niches with the opening of two additional Syberg’s restaurants, Helen Fitzgerald’s (named after Grandma), and the newest location for families on the go in Fenton - Syberg’s To Go.
