About Us
In 1972 Richard & Sally Syberg opened Syberg’s Catering. Within a few years their flagship restaurant on Gravois, had made their Famous Wings and hand-cut Shark Chunks a trademark in St. Louis. These area favorites attracted visitors from all over the region.The tradition expanded as the kid’s began to carve their own niches with the opening of two additional Syberg’s restaurants, Helen Fitzgerald’s (named after Grandma), and the newest location for families on the go in Fenton - Syberg’s To Go.
Many have speculated over the years regarding the secret to each restaurants success and longevity. From the hand cut Shark Chunks to the top secret Wing Sauce and more.
The simple truth? The real secret lies within the family values. Richard & Sally are the backbone of this family that works together, plays together, and grows together. Their strength and love have provided a foundation for a company where, after 36 years, the customer still matters most and the food quality always comes from that of their own dinner table.
